Community Standards

Effective July 24, 2026

GoodWhen is designed for making real plans with people you know. These standards apply to profile names, groups, plans, locations, polls, invitations, and every other contribution made through GoodWhen.

The short version: treat people with respect, protect their privacy, and do not use GoodWhen to threaten, deceive, exploit, or harm anyone.

Treat people with respect

Do not harass, bully, intimidate, threaten, shame, or target another person. Hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation is not allowed.

Keep harmful content out

Do not share or promote:

  • Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Credible threats, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or instructions intended to hurt people.
  • Illegal activity, fraud, scams, spam, malware, or deceptive promotions.
  • Content intended primarily to shock, humiliate, or abuse another person.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation

GoodWhen has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, share, solicit, or distribute CSAE or CSAM; groom a child for sexual exploitation; sexualize a minor; engage in sextortion; traffic a child; or use GoodWhen to facilitate any other sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.

When StratIT obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we will promptly investigate, remove or disable access to prohibited content, restrict or terminate involved accounts, preserve relevant evidence securely where appropriate, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or law-enforcement authority as required by applicable law. Report child-safety concerns through GoodWhen’s in-app reporting controls or email support@stratitsolutions.com. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to an email report.

Respect privacy and consent

Only share personal details, photos, locations, contact information, and invitations when you have permission. Do not expose another person’s private information or use a plan to track, pressure, or endanger someone.

Be yourself

Do not impersonate another person or organization, create deceptive accounts, manipulate votes, evade a block, or abuse reports. Invitations should only be sent to people you are permitted to contact.

Reporting and blocking

You can confidentially report a member, group, or plan from its safety controls in GoodWhen. Reports include a limited snapshot of the reported content so StratIT can review what was visible at that time. The reported person is not told who submitted the report.

Blocking separates you and the blocked member from every GoodWhen group you share. Depending on group roles, either you or the blocked member will be removed. Blocked accounts cannot join the same group again unless the block is removed. Unblocking does not restore prior group membership.

You can also report a concern to support@stratitsolutions.com.

Review and enforcement

StratIT reviews reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. We consider context, severity, history, and risk of harm. False or abusive reporting may itself violate these standards.

GoodWhen uses automated filtering to stop some clearly objectionable text, but automated systems cannot identify every problem. Reporting remains important.

Emergencies

GoodWhen is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can provide direct help.
