Privacy Policy
Effective July 24, 2026
StratIT Solutions LLC (“StratIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates GoodWhen. This policy explains what information GoodWhen handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Account and profile information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, time zone, and authentication information. You may also choose to add a profile photo.
Groups and plans
We process the information you and other participants add to GoodWhen, such as group names, membership and invitations, plan titles, descriptions, locations, date options, availability ranges, flexibility choices, time votes, activity polls, comments, deadlines, and finalized details.
Device and notification information
If you enable push notifications, we collect a device push token, device platform, notification preferences, and information needed to deliver and track in-app notifications.
Subscription and purchase information
If you purchase a GoodWhen subscription, Apple, Google, and our subscription-management provider may provide us with product, entitlement, transaction, renewal, and expiration information. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
Usage and technical information
We may collect app events, feature interactions, platform, app version, an internal account identifier, and limited crash and diagnostic information to understand performance, improve the experience, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems. Crash reports do not include your email address, screenshots, screen contents, or request payloads.
Safety information
If you submit a report or block another member, we process the report reason, optional details, a limited snapshot of the reported content, the accounts and group involved, block relationships, review status, and actions taken. Reports are not shown to the reported person.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve GoodWhen.
- Authenticate accounts and keep group information synchronized.
- Calculate availability overlap and display voting results.
- Send invitations, reminders, plan updates, and other notifications you request.
- Manage subscriptions, enforce plan limits, and restore purchases.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Review safety reports, enforce our Community Standards, and prevent blocked accounts from sharing a group.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
How we share information
GoodWhen is collaborative. Information you add to a group or plan is visible to the people participating in that group or plan, as indicated in the app. Safety reports are limited to authorized StratIT reviewers and service providers needed to operate the reporting system.
We also use service providers to operate GoodWhen, including Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Expo for app and push-notification services, Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics, Apple and Google for app distribution and purchases, and RevenueCat for subscription management when subscriptions are enabled. These providers process information for us under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information and do not use GoodWhen data for third-party behavioral advertising.
Your choices and rights
You can update certain profile and notification settings in the app. You can disable push notifications through your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
You may delete your account from You → Delete account in GoodWhen, or submit a request on our account deletion page. When an account is deleted, groups you solely own are deleted, eligible group ownership may be transferred, and your identity is removed from shared plan history that other participants still need.
Data retention
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide GoodWhen, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. After account deletion, some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or be retained where legally required. Shared plan records may remain in de-identified form so other group members do not lose their history. Safety and abuse records may be retained when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent repeat abuse, document enforcement, or comply with law; account identifiers are removed where appropriate.
Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security. GoodWhen is initially offered in the United States, but our providers may process information in other locations subject to appropriate safeguards.
Children’s privacy
GoodWhen is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as GoodWhen evolves. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
